One work out with ChrisFitness and I was a believer! Chris is VERY Knowledgeable about how to sculpt your body just the way you want it, what foods you should eat and when to eat them, and each of the foods you eat affect your body. He is a very intense and inspiring athlete that not only loves the sport of weight lifting but is committed to transforming each one of his clients.I would recommend Chris ONLY to those that are serious about losing weight and transforming their body...and can't wait til my next workout!
